Compensation:
$80,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach) Meet with prospective and current customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and sales activities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Assist customers throughout the claims process Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed) Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
Agricultural knowledge or experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not currently licensed) 2+ years of sales, customer service, or insurance-related experience Goal-oriented and self-motivated About Company Being a Farm Bureau agent is much more than just sales - it's all about building relationships, being a pillar in your community, making a difference, and helping people protect what matters most to them.
