Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Looking for steady, meaningful work with a team that values you? Denise Burggraff State Farm is hiring a Customer Relations Representative in Moose Lake, MN offering dependable weekday hours, a supportive office environment, and benefits you can build on. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll blend friendly service with helping people find the right coverage for their needs. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, in person, and by responding to voicemails and messages Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service on calls and walk-in visits Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps, and quote and write new policies across all lines (auto, home, life, and even pet insurance) once licensed Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, policy changes, and coverage updates accurately Schedule and confirm appointments for the agent and team, including reminder calls and texts Follow up consistently on renewals and reviews to support customer loyalty and retention Support agency marketing initiatives and campaigns Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system Assist with daily office operations, including processing payments, deposits, and mail Qualifications Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license (we'll support you through the process) Strong communication and relationship-building skills with excellent listening and empathy Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-through Dependable, ethical, and solutions-focused with a positive, customer-first attitude Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission
