The Opportunity Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond. Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance. Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers. Gain hands-on mentorship from a 3-time Presidents Council, 9-time Topper Club District Office. Get free training and licensing support for you and your team. Qualify for performance-based trips and recognition programs. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 in signage assistance Veterans may qualify for an additional $6,000 bonus.

Salary Range:
