Salary Range:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers. Learn about insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance. Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Generate and follow up on leads to develop new customer relationships. Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs. Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands-on experience and training. Learn and utilize insurance systems, processes, and best practices. Meet with customers to review their insurance needs and discuss potential coverage solutions. Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience.
