Job Description
Commercial Lines Account Manager / Producer We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager / Producer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing and expanding an existing book of business while also generating new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term leadership role within a collaborative and growth-oriented agency environment. Responsibilities Manage and service an existing commercial lines book of business Develop and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building Maintain strong client relationships through consultative service and proactive communication Market accounts and collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage solutions Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support agency growth Review policies, renewals, endorsements, and coverage recommendations with clients Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and retention Assist in mentoring and supporting team growth as leadership responsibilities develop Qualifications Commercial insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills Ability to manage accounts while driving new business growth Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with agency management systems and carrier relationships is a plus Leadership mindset with a desire for long-term career advancement What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Opportunity to grow and build a book of business Leadership and advancement potential Supportive and team-oriented culture Access to strong carrier markets and resources Long-term career growth within a stable and expanding agency We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone motivated to build relationships, grow professionally, contribute to agency success, and develop into a future leader.
