The District Office of Joshua Sharp is seeking motivated professionals who are driven by achievement, enjoy building relationships, and want to develop valuable business and leadership, ownership skills. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are looking for more than a traditional sales role. You'll gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business growth while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, performance-focused environment. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions based on customer needs Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and community engagement Conduct outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up activities Manage a pipeline of leads and monitor key performance metrics Utilize proven sales processes, communication strategies, and customer engagement techniques Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and customer retention efforts Participate in ongoing training focused on sales execution, communication, and professional development Support a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Monday-Friday schedule Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training Ongoing mentorship and sales coaching Support for obtaining Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses Career growth and advancement opportunities based on performance and business needs Exposure to business operations, marketing strategies, and leadership development The support and resources of a nationally recognized insurance brand What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, athletics, military service, or leadership roles is preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and initiative Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Interested in long-term career growth and expanded responsibilities Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, if required About the District Office of Joshua Sharp We are committed to helping motivated professionals develop meaningful careers through training, mentorship, and real-world business experience.
