Salary Range:
$50,000.00
  • $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Daily Huddles Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license is preferred, willing to train, and licensing assistance is available
  • Comfortable being on the phone daily
  • Willing to learn and improve quickly
  • Self-motivated and consistent
  • Sales experience helps, but is not required for this role. Responsibilities

  • Walk clients through quotes and coverage options
  • Close business over the phone
