Account Manager/Executive Reports To:
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage the book of business that is assigned 2. Round accounts, market renewals 3. Provide continuing service and advice to Agency insured's, clients and producers. Duties and Authority 1. Respond to inquiries from Agency insureds and prospects. 2. Complete applications, rate and quote risks for renewal business 3. Issue certificates 5. Maintain account files and updating account information. 6. Process miscellaneous changes, endorsements, audits, and cancellations 7. Solicit coverage or expiration dates for coverages not carried by the agency. 8. Maintain the expiration list and suspense file for assigned accounts. 9. Prior to renewal, prepare key accounts for review, assemble and update entire file and account information and prepare recommendations for upgrading coverages. 10. Perform other functions per the direction of management.
