Job Description
Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional to support our growing commercial insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative agency culture. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts Process policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, renewals, and cancellations Respond promptly to client questions and coverage requests Assist producers with account management and retention efforts Market accounts and communicate with insurance carriers as needed Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system Help deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plus Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
