Job Description
We're a locally owned Farmers agency in Nixa, MO, helping families across Southwest Missouri protect their homes, cars, and futures with personalized coverage. You'll represent a trusted national brand while building real relationships and a strong book of business in your local community. --- What You'll Do Focus 100% on generating new personal lines P&C business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.). Prospect daily using calls, texts, email, social media, and local networking. Meet with prospects, identify needs, and recommend tailored Farmers solutions. Close sales, bind coverage, and consistently hit monthly premium targets.[Memory] Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business. --- Who Thrives Here Hunter-minded salespeople who enjoy outbound activity and closing deals.
