We are currently seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys helping people protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in insurance sales. Position Overview As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving agency growth through consultative selling, prospecting, and delivering personalized insurance solutions. You will work closely with our team to serve new and existing clients with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Use consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and successfully sell insurance products to new customers. Proactively cross-sell additional coverages and coordinate with agency team members to provide comprehensive protection for existing clients. Prospect for new leads, quote policies, follow up consistently, and close sales. Quote incoming leads promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and former customers to generate new business and win back opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships focused on trust and exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required). Ability to work independently with strong skills in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work. Excellent oral and written communication skills . Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications, and modern technology. Comfortable using a wide range of digital devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment.
