We are looking for an experienced Auto and Home Insurance sales associate. Do you like to exceed sales goals by helping customers get better coverage and/or save them money? Do you like making outbound sales calls? Do you enjoy being a team player and helping your colleagues? We have an aggressive compensation plan that requires hitting daily and monthly benchmarks. You may just love it here! Responsibilities Grow book of business through obtaining new customers Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals Be organized and efficient Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs Ensure a positive customer experience Have a great attitude
BE A TEAM PLAYER
Help with servicing customers Cross selling Qualifications Confident person who also takes initiative on what needs to be done Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude Sales experience
