Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing expert guidance on personal insurance products such as home, auto, boat etc. Identify client needs through analysis and consultation, offering tailored insurance solutions that align with their goals Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining coverage options clearly, and assisting remarketing for competitive pricing Stay current on industry regulations, insurance products, and market trends to offer informed advice and ensure compliance Requirements Exceptional customer relationship building skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Licensed for Property & Casualty Insurance Join us in empowering clients through comprehensive insurance solutions!
