Commercial Lines Client Manager II (CSR) About the Role We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Manager II to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a robust commercial lines book of business (~500 accounts / ~$2M in premium) with an average account premium between $20k-$25k. Unlike traditional service roles, this position directly rewards your dedication to client retention and book maintenance through a unique 3% retention revenue share , giving you a direct stake in the growth and performance of your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Book Management:
Oversee and service a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, handling high-volume renewals, endorsements, billing, and invoicing.
Client Retention:
Maintain exceptional client relationships to ensure high renewal retention across accounts.
Operational Execution:
Manage day-to-day policy administration, certificate requests, audit processing, and account changes efficiently within our agency management system.
Growth Support:
Partner with our expanding team of commercial producers to onboard new client accounts seamlessly.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of commercial lines insurance servicing experience preferred (strong candidates with 1-2 years at a top-tier brokerage will also be considered).
Industry Focus:
Experience managing high-volume commercial accounts. Familiarity with C-stores, hotel/hospitality, property/strip centers, contractors, or coastal accounts is a strong plus.
Systems & Tools:
Hands-on experience with AMS360 preferred (or equivalent Agency Management Systems like Applied Epic).
Licensing:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Skillset:
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Work Location & Flexibility Current Needs:
Positions are available servicing our Madison, MS and Pearl, MS offices.
Schedule:
Onsite onboarding initially, with flexibility to transition into a hybrid work schedule (e.g., 4 days in-office / 1 day remote, moving toward 3/2) as team technology and file digitization progress.
Future Outlook:
Planned consolidation into our Madison facility by Spring 2027.
