We're a locally owned and community-minded insurance agency proud to serve Montana businesses with integrity, transparency, and a personal touch. Our clients aren't just policyholdersthey're neighbors, business owners, ranchers, and families we've known for years. As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager who shares our commitment to building lasting relationships and protecting what matters most.
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes with accuracy and care.
Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages.
Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic).
Work Where You Live With offices in Bozeman, Belgrade or Manhattan youve got flexibility to limit your commute and work closer to home.

Were currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our office and support the growing needs of our Gallatin Valley clients. Manage a diverse book of commercial clients, including contractors, tech firms, ag operations, retail businesses, and local nonprofits.Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes with accuracy and care.

What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management preferredActive Montana Property & Casualty license (preferred)Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational habitsFamiliarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management softwareA team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitudeDont have your license or looking for an entry point into the industry?
