Being an enthusiastic participant in insurance quote generation activities Insurance Sales Agent Requirements Sales experience where you have been proactive in trying to make a sale (most retail does not count) Must have P & C license Confident self-starter Naturally inquisitive and likes conversation Enjoys the feeling of making a sale Excellent phone skills and good on a computer
