Job Description
As a Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
+ Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
+ Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

+ Continuous learning and adaptability The salary range for this position is $100,600-$152,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
