Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales

Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on available policies. Promote and sell various insurance products through proactive outreach, including outside sales efforts such as telemarketing and retail sales. Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Analyze customer data to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop personalized insurance solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective communication and promotional activities. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Experience with sales administration systems and benefits management is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
