Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to align with client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service. Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, benefits administration documentation, and client records management using Microsoft Office tools. Analyze client requirements to recommend suitable insurance products; assist clients in understanding policy details and coverage benefits. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. Knowledge of property casualty, life, accident, health insurance products, and insurance regulation standards. Familiarity with CRM systems for client relationship management and sales tracking. Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
