Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of five led by deep industry experience. I've spent 32 years with State Farm, including serving as a Vice President before returning to production to build and develop a high-performing agency. Throughout my career, I've helped open over 400 agencies, with a strong focus on identifying and developing talent. I hold an MBA from Duke University and have been married for 25 years with three children. I'm passionate about helping people grow—not just in their careers, but in all areas of life. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Odland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
