Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Work-Life Balance Holidays Off Paid Holidays 401k Plan Requirements Active insurance license a bonus, we will train you to get it shortly after employment if you don't have it Prior insurance industry experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and confidently Excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable using agency management systems, CRM platforms, and digital tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and ethical business practices Responsibilities Assist clients through the application process and ensure policies are issued accurately and efficiently Gather underwriting information, compare carrier options, and present coverage recommendations Build strong relationships through responsive, professional, and personalized service Conduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and other communication channels Collaborate with agency staff and insurance carriers to resolve issues and support clients Perform risk assessments and recommend coverage options for individuals, families, and businesses About Us Independent Insurance Agent
