Our Client is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Insurance team in Fargo. You'll manage and service an established portfolio of commercial accounts while working directly with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners. From new business and quoting through renewals and ongoing service, you'll play an important role in keeping accounts moving and clients confident in their coverage. This is a hands-on account management role for an experienced insurance professional who wants real ownership and the opportunity to make a difference. Your Day-to-Day Manage the book. Take responsibility for assigned commercial accounts and help drive strong retention through proactive, responsive service. Own the renewal process. Coordinate renewal activity, gather information, obtain quotes, review carrier proposals, and prepare accurate client documentation. Work with carriers. Communicate directly with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve service issues. Protect accuracy. Review policies, endorsements, audits, invoices, and other account documentation to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Take care of clients. Respond to questions, coordinate requests, and serve as a dependable resource throughout the policy lifecycle. Keep everything organized. Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system and stay on top of deadlines, follow-ups, and account activity. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance servicing or account management Experience managing a commercial book of business and contributing to retention Active Property & Casualty license Strong understanding of commercial insurance operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work Customer-first mindset College degree or equivalent work experience Why Us?
