We're looking for a motivated sales producer to grow our book of business — someone who can build lasting client relationships, identify coverage needs, and close new accounts across commercial and personal lines. This is a relationship-first role. You'll have access to a wide carrier market, a collaborative team, and the tools to build a rewarding long-term career in insurance sales.
Salary Range:
$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Requirements What we're looking for Active Nebraska P&C producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) 1-3+ years of insurance sales or related B2B sales experience preferred Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with commercial lines a plus — especially contractors, real estate, or specialty niches Comfort with agency management systems and standard office software Genuine drive to build a book of business and grow with the agency Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial and personal lines business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach Conduct risk assessments and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients Manage your pipeline from first contact through policy binding and onboarding Collaborate with account managers and CSRs to deliver exceptional client service Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline reporting in agency management systems Pursue continuing education and stay current on carrier appetites and industry trends About Us TBD
