Insurance Sales Producer - Active P&C License Required The Carballo Agencies - Allstate | Fort Lee, NJ The Carballo Agencies is hiring licensed Insurance Sales Producers to join our team. If you hold an active Property & Casualty license and want a sales role with real lead flow, proven systems, and uncapped earning potential — keep reading. Compensation Top first-year producers earn an average of $82,000+. Base salary provided plus commission-based earnings with uncapped earning potential.

$63,100-$105,000, based on performance. Why now? Allstate's recent repricing in New Jersey means stronger close rates and easier paths to hitting your targets. Frequently Asked Questions Is this a remote or hybrid role? No. Fully in-office at our Fort Lee, NJ location. Do you provide leads, or do I need to generate my own? We provide consistent inbound and outbound sales opportunities through established lead management systems. What CRM or systems will I use? You'll work within Allstate's quoting and policy management platforms, supported by our internal CRM tools. Full training provided. Can I apply if I have a Life and Health license but not P&C? No. An active Property & Casualty license is required. What does the training or ramp-up period look like? New producers receive onboarding on our systems, sales process, and product offerings. You'll be expected to begin selling within your first few weeks. Do I need prior Allstate experience? No. Prior experience with Allstate is not required — but you must be licensed and comfortable in a phone-based sales environment. Is there room for growth? Yes. High performers have the opportunity to take on larger books of business and expanded responsibilities within the agency. How does your hiring process work? We move quickly. Resume review, short phone screen, in-person interview, offer. What about marketing support? We invest up to $2,000 per month in marketing expense per producer to help you succeed. What You'll Do You'll work the phones in a professional, fully in-office environment — speaking with customers about auto, home, renters, and related insurance products. That means conducting consultations to assess coverage needs, presenting and explaining policy options clearly, quoting, closing, and binding policies using our established systems, and following a structured, repeatable sales process supported by CRM tools. This is a phone-focused role with consistent inbound and outbound sales opportunities — no cold-knocking doors. Benefits 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and paid time off.
