  • Benefits & Compensation 1099 position with base salary First-year on-target earnings: $80,000
  • 85,000 Established client relationships and ongoing support Long-term growth opportunity within a stable insurance platform Account Executive
  • Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated career stability and strong professional tenure Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor Willing and able to travel to client meetings throughout New Jersey Account Executive
  • Preferred Background & Skills Professional backgrounds in client service, account management, sales, HR, finance, education, or healthcare are valued Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required Account Executive
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and grow an established book of business while developing new client relationships Conduct regular in-person client meetings across New Jersey Educate clients on voluntary and ancillary insurance offerings in straightforward terms Lead and support enrollment discussions and enrollment sessions Submit enrollment paperwork and ensure timely, accurate follow-up Provide responsive service and ongoing client support Present confidently in both group and one-on-one settings Operate independently, demonstrating strong ownership and follow-through Step into a rewarding, client-focused career with flexibility and room to grow—apply today to make an impact in insurance.
