Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Mount Laurel, NJ involves working directly with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining products and strategies in clear terms, and helping clients develop plans for saving, protection, and retirement income. The role also includes following up on client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and staying current on industry trends and company offerings. Team members collaborate with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards while delivering customer-focused service. Qualifications Ability to build trust-based relationships, communicate clearly, and explain financial concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Strong client service mindset, including active listening, responsiveness, and a commitment to long-term client success. Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple client meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. Comfort with learning and working with financial and insurance products; prior experience in financial services or insurance is beneficial. Motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a focus on compliance and ethical standards. Willingness to pursue any required state licensing and continuing education for insurance and financial products. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
