Duties Prospect and develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth policy issuance and renewals Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, benefits explanation, and customer service excellence Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements in the industry Embark on a rewarding journey where your sales expertise fuels growth while helping clients protect what matters most.
