This is an hourly plus commission position with no commission caps. Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, follow ups, lead connections, and more. Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to recommend suitable insurance products, including property and casualty coverage Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with agency guidelines Quoting and closing insurance policies Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to deliver accurate advice and maintain licensing compliance Experience Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively Assumptive sales CRM software, computer skills and typing Join us if you're passionate about helping people protect what matters most! $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
