Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Requirements An Active New York Property & Casualty License required. 3+ Years of Commercial Lines Insurance Experience working with multiple carriers Required. Experience in quoting commercial lines with multiple carriers. A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask . Goal-oriented , self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport. Responsibilities What You'll Do:

Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance clients. Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and teammates. Review client exposures and coverage needs to help ensure proper protection. Prepare proposals, process policy changes, handle renewals, and assist with remarketing when needed.• Respond promptly to client questions and requests while providing a high level of customer service. Identify opportunities to strengthen client coverage programs and support agency growth. Work closely with producers, account managers, and agency leadership to deliver an outstanding client experience. Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and coverage changes.
