We do not cold-call, knock on random doors, or work leads that have been sold to multiple agents/agencies in the industry. Focus on client needs and build relationships based on trust. Provide expert guidance on life insurance benefits. Evaluate client needs and make suggestions that meet the client's budget Provide in-person benefit assessments. Assist the client throughout the application process and ensure their policy is submitted properly. Meet with the team weekly to receive ongoing training and support.

Experience:
