Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing Sales team. The successful candidate will work towards growing their own book of business by engaging with new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the book of business by leveraging leads, referrals, and rounding out accounts as appropriate. Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, collect comprehensive information and skillfully formulate proposals for presentation. Evaluate and analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance plans/policies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships. Facilitate renewal processes. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred). 2+ years of commercial lines insurance and sales experience. Valid Oregon Property & Causality license. Experience with mid to large commercial accounts. Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
