Salary Range:

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and standard office software. Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex details in simple, accessible language. Deep interest in the Aliquippa community and a desire to build local networks. Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail when reviewing policy documentation. Responsibilities Meet with individuals and local business owners to understand their specific protection needs and goals. Develop and present customized insurance recommendations that offer genuine value and security. Manage your own pipeline of prospects by engaging with the community and nurturing local partnerships. Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication when they need us most. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure consistent and reliable service levels.
