Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Parental Leave Requirements Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Pennsylvania. Valid Life and Health Insurance License. Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role. Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital documentation. Deep understanding of policy coverages and risk assessment. Ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to diverse individuals. Experience with consultative sales strategies. Responsibilities Evaluate the specific risk profiles of our clients to provide accurate and effective insurance solutions. Market and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products including auto, home, life, and business coverage. Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to review their coverage and identify gaps that need addressing. Prepare clear, competitive quotes that help clients understand exactly what they are paying for. Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service and compliance. Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to build the agency's presence in Hermitage. Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or coverage changes with patience and attention to detail.
