Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license. Active Pennsylvania Life and Health license. Strong track record of managing and growing a portfolio of insurance business. Clear communication skills with a focus on active listening. Proficiency in utilizing agency management systems and digital quoting tools. Ability to network effectively within the local Monroe community. Responsibilities Engage with local families and businesses to uncover their specific coverage needs and life goals. Present tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine security for our clients. Maintain regular contact with existing policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve. Identify potential risks and offer proactive advice on how to mitigate them through appropriate insurance products. Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and build meaningful connections. Collaborate with the internal team to streamline service processes and enhance the overall client experience.
