Respond promptly to inbound leads and provide accurate quotes for business insurance products. Guide customers through policy options, ensuring clarity and compliance. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Active P&C license (required). Previous experience in insurance sales or strong customer service background . Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. #eastpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
