On-site | Pittston, PA We are currently hiring Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representatives to join a growing, customer‑focused team. Overview Provide prompt, professional service while maintaining industry‑leading customer experience standards Efficiently multitask across systems while handling calls, documentation, and follow‑ups Collaborate within a team‑driven environment focused on customer satisfaction and company growth Demonstrate consistent dependability, attention to detail, and strong time management Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding their insurance policies, including: Policy changes and account updates Autopay setup and billing inquiries Retention and save‑the‑account efforts Grow and maintain strong client relationships Accurately and timely enter inbound leads and client information Follow up on outstanding items to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Additional Skills & Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license required 2+ years of call center experience (no degree required) Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong customer service skills with a confident, personable communication style Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and consistency Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively handle diverse customer needs #eastpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
