Full Job Description Description:
Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Blanchard & Calhoun division. This role supports Producers in servicing and managing Commercial Lines accounts including new business, renewals, and ongoing client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in commercial insurance account management. This is a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities Manage the renewal process and collaborate with Producers on account strategy Serve as a primary client contact for service-related inquiries Prepare applications and market accounts to insurance carriers Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and bind coverage Coordinate non-renewals, premium audits, and billing matters Collect loss information and maintain accurate client records Review policy documentation and ensure proper file management Maintain agency management system records and support ongoing account service Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Minimum 4 years of insurance industry experience Experience with Applied Epic required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
