Job Description In this role, the Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with potential customers to discuss and sell insurance products fit the customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicit for new business via telephone. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Maintain knowledge of new products. Create client relationships with follow up phone calls. Generate prospective client from the following sources of business•Direct Mail•Live Transfers•

Internet Leads Skills and Experience:

MUST HAVE

an active Property and Casualty license

MUST HAVE 1

•2years minimum insurance agency experience Must be able to work in a

FAST PACE

environment Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills Ability to present information and provide information to help prospects make a decision
