Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Valid Texas Property & Casualty License (Required) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required) Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized insurance advice and solutions. Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their unique insurance requirements. Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely in both English and Spanish. Develop and present customized insurance proposals to prospective and existing clients. Process new applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, fostering trust and loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide the best service.
