Compensation & Incentives:

> Base compensation up to $40,000• > Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually > Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+ > Paid training and clear career growth opportunities

Schedule & Work Environment:

> Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM > First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding > After 6 months: Hybrid agreed upon schedule > After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option

MUST ALREADY HAVE TX PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Salary Range:

Responsibilities Position Overview:

As a Bi-Lingual Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high-income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.
