ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Bilingual (Engilsh & Mandarin) Account Representative•State Farm Agent Team Member at Eddie Wang State Farm Agency , you play a key role in driving both customer success and agency growth serving the diverse needs of the Eastside community. You'll build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance and financial solutions that protect what matters most to them. This role goes beyond service—you'll actively contribute to growing the business while making a real impact in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate customers on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage Support clients through policy applications, renewals, and ongoing service needs Respond to customer inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen customer value Maintain accurate and organized customer records

QUALIFICATIONS
