Salary Range:

$110,000.00

• $250,000.

Training Requirements Licensing:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required), with Life & Health licenses often preferred.

Experience:

1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development; specifically commercial insurance is a huge plus.

Skills:

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented mindset.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience using CRM systems and insurance quoting platforms.

Responsibilities What You'll Do Prospecting & Networking:

Generating new business by contacting local business owners through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Sales & Underwriting:

Identifying risk, preparing quotes, and closing sales for commercial products like Business Owners Policies (BOPs), Commercial Auto, and Workers' Comp.

Relationship Management:

Building long-term relationships with business clients and acting as a trusted advisor.

Collaboration:
