We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 2 years of experience to join our remarkable team of friendly, talented and inspiring people, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The Position The Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional service to customers, producers and co-workers. This position requires a thorough knowledge of insurance products available through the agency and for maintaining an assigned book of business, as well as being responsible for customer retention and customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts and other revenue-generating activities. Skills & Competencies
- Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills
- Essential to be able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Service-oriented and able to advocate on behalf of the client
- Proficient in Microsoft and the ability to learn new industry specific software, as needed. Education & Experience
- College degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting and marketing
