As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Position Summary The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of commercial insurance clients, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the agency's retention and growth objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering timely and accurate service. Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned book of commercial insurance business.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations.
- Prepare and review renewal proposals and coverage recommendations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and resolve policy issues.
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy.
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up when needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with producers and other team members to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
- Current California Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
- Experience with agency management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business technology.

Work Arrangement This position will be based in our office during the initial onboarding and training period.
