What we're looking for: A licensed insurance professional with at least 2+ years experience on the retail side of Commercial Lines Can handle Commercial Lines Clients from applications to binding and post-binding tasks such as endorsements and audits Someone who has a winning "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment Can work as a team player with the ability to work autonomously Is looking for long-term growth Can handle clients courteously and with professionalism
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to assigned Commercial Lines accounts Interface with clients regarding commercial lines insurance service issues including research of policy forms and endorsements, audit disputes, certificates of insurance, loss experience, and any other aspect of commercial lines insurance service as needed Delivering and maintaining all aspects of new business and renewal transactions from preparing applications and advocating for the client to presenting proposals, binding, invoicing, finance agreements, etc. Work with clients, underwriters, and team members in a timely manner Maintain accurate and complete records in our system of all activities related to clients and prospects, especially documenting coverage reductions or refusals Effectively utilize technology, following workflow and standards established by department manager and agency Work with Commercial Lines team to meet department goals, develop and meet individual goals, and receive regular performance feedback Assist other Commercial Lines department staff where possible when urgent need arises or when co-workers are out of the office Develop and maintain relationships with clients, company representatives and other team members to ensure optimal results in retention and satisfaction Ensure that assigned customers are aware of all Mallory Agency offerings and coverages they may need through checklists and cross sell conversations, including documentation thereof Salary based on experience.
Job Requirements:
Georgia Property & Casualty License Must have a minimum of 2 years experience servicing commercial line accounts Highly proficient in a technological agency environment Knowledge of Applied Epic a plus Organized and possess excellent written and oral communication skills Possess critical thinking skills when working with clients and carrier partners Can-do problem solving & decision making skills Ability to work in a high urgency environment
