Full Job Description Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help families protect their financial future by providing life insurance and retirement solutions. As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to build your own schedule and grow your business at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and goals. Educate families on life insurance products, including Living Benefits and Indexed Universal Life. Prepare and present customized insurance quotes. Assist clients through the application and underwriting process. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their coverage evolves with their needs.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a state background check for insurance licensing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
