This role involves generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary Range:
$2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Work from Home Hands on Training Requirements Active Property & Casualty License required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe). Life & Health License preferred or willingness to obtain. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, business, renters, and specialty insurance products. Prepare accurate insurance quotes and explain coverage options, policy benefits, and pricing. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance targets. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate client records using the agency's CRM and management systems.
