Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and financial products Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and communication Educate clients on various insurance options, benefits, and coverage details Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and market trends to provide accurate advice Complete licensing requirements if not already licensed, or leverage existing licenses to expand client base Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team goals Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up actions Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall service quality Skills Life insurance licensing (preferred but not mandatory for all applicants) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Business-minded with a competitive drive to succeed in sales and client development Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Willingness to learn industry regulations, product offerings, and sales techniques Join Salgado Wealth Group today if you're ready to take your career in financial services to the next level. For selected unlicensed candidates, we can provide information, resources, and guidance regarding the steps required to pursue an insurance license in their state. Candidates must obtain all licenses required by their state before performing activities that legally require an insurance license. Earnings depend on individual production, products sold, carrier contracts, and applicable commission schedules. No specific level of earnings is guaranteed.
