Responsibilites:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients Educating clients and guide them in selecting the best health and life insurance policies to meet their needs Documenting conversations with clients Submitting new policies Quoting potential customers Track and report sales progress to the Sales Manager Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance Maintain a state insurance license and company certifications

Key Requirements:

Ability to travel within your assigned territory as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to negotiate effectively and handle client needs Self-motivated and able to manage time and schedule independently Ethical and customer-focused approach to sales

Pay:

Experience:
