Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping clients protect what matters most! In this energetic role, you will help people make decisions about their health insurance , predominantly Medicare insurance. There are also opportunities for life insurance sales and annuity sales . Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand the customer base through proactive outreach, including telemarketing and community engagement. Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, explaining policy options clearly, and offering personalized insurance solutions. Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations and company policies. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting with benefits administration, and guiding clients through the claims process when necessary. Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling different insurance products such as health, life, property, or commercial insurance. Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and competitive landscape to deliver accurate information and maintain compliance. Qualifications Active accident, life and health license with State of Ohio Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged. Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools to streamline workflow. Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities effectively. Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication.
